TATI EWC team targets 2024 expansion
TATI Team Beringer Racing expects to be even busier in 2024 with a return to the French Superbike Championship in the planning phase alongside its FIM Endurance World Championship bid. The EWC podium-finishing team announced its plans to branch out in a recent social media post.“In parallel with the Endurance World Championship, we are pleased to announce that, after a 10-year absence, our return to FSBK for the 2024 season,” the post read. “We will be engaged in different categories and mainly Superbike. “We will stay involved with our young riders in the Mini OGP category, to continue training them and then accompany them in FSBK, in the Moto 5, Moto 4 and pre-Moto 3 categories.”

EWC rider Steinmayr plans 2024 team switch
Philipp Steinmayr won’t be a Team 18 Sapeurs Pompiers CMS Motostore rider in 2024.The Austrian ace, who was part of Team 18 line-up that won the 2022 FIM Endurance World Cup for Teams title, announced on social media that he was leaving after two seasons with the French squad.He wrote: “Two years with great memories and a lot of achievements. Thank you for this awesome time, I will miss every single person in the team. Podiums in all three 24-hour races and the Stock world title last year. I’m really proud to achieve this together with the team.”Steinmayr, 30, also raced for the BCC-alpha-Van Zon-BMW in the German IDM series, continued: “Everyone in this game knows how much effort you have to bring and how perfect the whole team needs to work for this results. It’s not easy to say goodbye but let’s say it’s not ideal to switch between so different bike brands from race to race.”
