Team Moto Ain brought its FIM Endurance World Championship expertise to the Macau Motorcycle Grand Prix – and guided Timothée Monot to 12th position in the challenging street race today (Saturday).
Pierre Chapuis, the Moto Ain head, was in attendance as Monot impressed in the 55th running of the event riding a Yamaha prepared specifically for Macau by the French EWC squad.
“A bike prepared in our workshops allowed the talented Timothée Monot to progress each session, breaking his personal times on this circuit,” a Facebook post from Team Moto Ain read. “A big thank you to him for his confidence, as well as to the technicians present on site for their contribution to this beautiful result.”
Czech EWC regular Kamil Holán also took part in the Macau Motorcycle Grand Prix but wasn’t classified in the final results having qualified just outside the top 15.
